Founded in 1974 by James Grow as a medical billing company, Clinic Service has never strayed from its mission: To Maximize the Profit for Physicians and Medical Practices. In 2008, Clinic Service transitioned its ownership to Andrew Graham, James’ Son-in-Law. A family decision was made to keep the asset and good work in the family, rather than treat the business like a commodity. Armed with new energy and a respect for the past, the Clinic Service team is poised to lead for a new generation with love, pride and passion in our work.
We believe our market leadership and growth in medical billing and supporting services like EMR and EHR is a result of our focus on customer experience and our internal culture. The Clinic Service culture is founded on learning and personal growth. The senior management team believes there is no difference between leadership and education. To this end, all of our staff participates in a minimum of 40 hours of training annually. Training is on a variety of subjects, all relating to how an individual can increase their level of engagement and performance.
With individual growth as our foundation, and outstanding customer service as our target, we regularly focus our efforts on ensuring our operations are as efficient as possible. Through a bi-annual process evaluation coupled with ongoing automation and workflow refinement in medical billing, we are very conscious of working as smart as we can, so we can help you do the same.
