Q3- How difficult is it to convert to your service?
Clinic Service Corporation makes this easy… we conduct an initial 90 minute interview to determine the special needs of your practice.
When you are ready to proceed, the system and personnel will be ready. The necessary intake, charge and bank deposit formats take approximentaly two weeks to print and deliver. Our credentialing team is available to make certain you are properly credentialed with the insurance carriers with whom you wish to participate. During this time, our IT team will perform an on-site survey to ensure HIPAA secured connectivity with your existing equipment. By the end of the month, statements will be sent to patients and the system is in place.
Q4- How long have you been servicing private practices in this area?
During the 30+ years in which we have serviced the private practice community, our system has provided reliable computer processing. Through innovation and constant refining of this system we have developed a process to meet the needs of multi-specialty practices all over the Rocky Mountain area. We take pride in the fact that a majority of our business comes to us through referrals from satisfied clients. We currently support more that 150 installed systems, which operate for over 670 practitioners of all specialties.
Q5- Will our patients receive friendly service?
We understand your concern to preserve the special relationship you have with your patients. While we are tireless in our pursuit of getting payment with the insurance companies, we treat your patients as we would expect to be treated. We understand that patients are often confused by the ever changing insurance world, and they are concerned that their relationship with you may be impacted by their insurance carrier’s reluctance to pay. We work with your patient to collect your money and ease their minds. If patients do not pay their accounts or follow thru on an agreed payment plan, we do have a progressive collection policy, which is tailored to your specific needs and concerns.

- scalable, reliable systems – CSC utilizes a powerful mainframe with onsite backup power generators to ensure growth capacity, security and reliability for our clients. There is no need to install any proprietary hardware or software applications at your site. You are not confined by the processing and storage capacity of your latest hardware/or software program purchases. We handle all of the details of maintaining and upgrading the server. You are only responsible to maintain your local area network, if you have one. We can also accommodate you if you choose not to install a PC or firewall security communication link in your office.

Q7- How long do I commit?
We are confident that after the initial one-year agreement period you will appreciate the value CSC delivers. However, you may cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial agreement term. We would continue to collect the existing accounts for 90 days, and then provide you with the information in an industry standard format suitable to import into another system.
